    Acclaimed chef and restaurateur Tom Colicchio reflects on the cultural and culinary history of Lower Manhattan to create a menu of new New York classics at The Beekman. Chef Colicchio’s distinctive American culinary approach, set within the dining room’s rich, jewel-toned furnishings and landmark details establishes a new dining standard in downtown Manhattan. Lounge in a luxurious arm chair or perch on a bar stool and revel in the view while enjoying an impeccably prepared cocktail. Located in the building’s nine-story Victorian atrium, natural light and stunning architectural details make the bar a focal point of the historic building.

    Keith McNally’s Augustine will be a Brasserie-style restaurant: open from breakfast through supper, catering equally to a mid-morning coffee as well as a celebratory dinner. The menu will include a combination of lighter dishes as well as French classics, with a special Rotisserie and Grillades section of meats, fish and poultry. Keith McNally’s first restaurant was The Odeon in 1980. Since then he’s opened Café Luxembourg, Nell’s, Lucky Strike, Pravda, Balthazar, Balthazar Bakery, Pastis, Schiller’s, Morandi, Minetta Tavern, and Cherche Midi, as well as Balthazar in London.
