For almost thirty years, Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards has been touted for being the standard of excellence in travel, selected by their discerning readers and travelers. Every year, the survey asks readers to weigh in on travel experiences around the world and this year there was over 186,000 surveys completed, with a total of over 700,000 votes, for over 8,700 properties.
