Ah, Spring!

The days have gotten a little warmer, the evenings are staying brighter longer, and flowers are beginning to bloom. In perfect harmony everything is celebrating the change of the season.

Long touted for being a time of transformation, the season invites us to soak in our own personal reawakening with experiences at AIRE Ancient Baths New York. Just a short walk from The Beekman you will find a subterranean oasis of six thermal baths, saltwater pools, and relaxation rooms. Each thermal bath offering a different temperature ranging from hot, cold, warm or ice.

This season we will try the Himalayan Salt Ritual on the Renewing Services menu. Described as a renewing ritual that includes a full body exfoliation with Himalayan salt crystals, a 60-minute full body relaxing massage with Himalayan hot salt stones, the thermal baths and an oolong tea infusion…Could there possibly be a more appropriate way to celebrate yourself this season? We think not.
