Ingredients
2oz Ki No Bi Dry Gin 1oz Mancino Sakura Vermouth
Stir in a mixing tin with ice, strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora, garnish with an edible flower (ours are Apricot Blossoms)
Mancino Sakura Vermouth is rare to find, only 4,000 bottles are made per batch, but I’ve found it online at wine.com. It is a very special product, so please keep it in the fridge after you’ve opened the bottle and use within 2 months for optimal aromatics.
