It has been said that “gratitude is the memory of the heart”, and as we slow down just a touch to truly reflect on the memories that have filled our days and weeks this year, the word thank you echoes from each layer.
As we stand in the lobby and watch with joy as we welcome guests’ home to The Beekman, we don’t take it lightly that in a city filled with an abundance of hotels, each guest we are meeting chose 123 Nassau as their New York address. In each exchange we learn so much about each new friend, and more often than not their families as well, and hear first-hand what would make their stay an even more unforgettable one. We are reminded often that it’s really the little things that mean the most…an ear for a few extra minutes, sharing in moments of laughter, or a curated amenity to help ease into slumber. Whatever the moment may be, it becomes sealed in the memories of our heart.
